We cannot talk about performance numbers until the embargo is lifted, but I can preview it through photos.

The physical appearance of the new GeForce RTX 40 SUPER, is the color, totally matte black, which differentiates them from the models that were originally launched. It's hard to confuse a SUPER model with a non-SUPER model if it's a Founders Edition.
Importantly, the Founders Edition comes with a 12VHPWR to two 8-pin PCIe adapter.
