The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 would be priced at US$599
According to the latest rumors, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card would retail for (MSRP US$) of US$599. This information comes after an internal press conference (according to sources from the Videocardz portal) where they specified that the launch price would be as mentioned. According to the information they handle, the samples for reviewers will be arriving next week for the respective reviews by independent media.
The GeForce RTX 4070 is priced at an additional $100 more than the GeForce RTX 3070, but priced below (substantially) the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti ($799). Three different sources close to Videocardz have confirmed the price. You have to be a little careful, as NVIDIA sometimes makes price changes at the last minute. This happened with the sale of the 4080GB RTX 12 (now known as the RTX 4070 Ti) which was reduced by $100 compared to its original price.
The leaked/speculated information is that the GeForce RTX 4070 will have the same number of CUDA Cores as the GeForce RTX 3070, a total of 5888 and a base/boost frequency of 1920 MHz and 2475 MHz respectively. The TGP of the RTX 4070 will be lower than the RTX 3070 (200W vs 220W) and it will use GDDR6X modules and much higher bandwidth than the original GeForce RTX 3070.
Its launch is speculated to be on April 13, so we would be a short time from the launch of the new NVIDIA card to the masses.
