Developer warns of problems with 13th and 14th generation Intel processors in her games

Game developers have been affected by Intel's stability problems, losing sales because several players believed that the problem lay not in their hardware, but in the programming (code) of the game. The problem was confirmed months ago by Intel, but only a few days ago the reason behind the instability of its processors was confirmed.

Alderon Games has decided to put a BIG WARNING on their game Path of Titans that reads as follows:

Unreal

The game has crashed.

We have detected you have the following CPU: 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-13700K.

This CPU has problems with modern Unreal Engine 5 games which can result in crashes.

Do you want to open a link with information on how to potentially fix these crashes?

The reason behind this statement comes weeks later, when the developer stated that Intel continues to sell its processors even though they have flaws. They, as users, have experienced 100% failure on all Intel 13th and 14th generation processors after 3 to 4 months of use.

Other game developers, such as the developers behind Warframe y Epic Games, have made statements similar to those Alderon Games has revealed.

Intel has stated that it will release a patch in mid-August that would potentially fix problems with its processors, but those that are already defective have no solution.
