ASRock launches a complete range of AMD B850 motherboards
The motherboard and VGA manufacturing company presented new motherboards Equipped with the AMD B850 chipset and compatible with the latest AMD AM5 microprocessors. The new models of ASRock they reach the lines Phantom Gaming, Steel Legend, Pro RS y LiveMixer.
ASRock, a manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, announced the launch of a complete line of motherboards using the AMD B850 chipset, ready for AMD Ryzen processors on socket AM5.
The new models arrive in the high-end Phantom Gaming series, which ranges from mITX to ATX form factors; in the Steel Legend line, which features a white PCB design; in the Pro RS series, geared toward users looking for a cost-effective option; and in the LiveMixer series, focused on streamers and content creators.
“The new ASRock B850 motherboards are designed with a 14+2+1 phase power supply system, 8-layer PCBs that enable excellent memory overclocking, and exclusive 1000μf 20K low-ripple black capacitors, which ensure stable CPU performance. The boards are also compatible with the latest PCI-Express Gen-5 graphics cards and are equipped with Blazing M.2 SSD connectors (Gen5x4),” he noted. He added: “Our B850 motherboards also include 2,5 Gbps LAN and the latest, fastest 7x802.11 WiFi 2 (2be) on select models, delivering next-generation multi-gigabit speeds and low-latency connectivity.”
Innovations that make PC assembly easier
The new ASRock B850 motherboards come with a new "Lite Release" lock to secure graphics cards. They also feature a tool-free M.2 heatsink to simplify system setup.
ASRock even provides an additional heatsink pre-installed under the M.2 SSD site, which can reduce the temperatures of a PCI-Express Gen-5 storage drive and thus help prevent thermal throttling.
Additionally, all motherboards include the BIOS Flashback feature, accessible via the rear I/O connector panel, allowing BIOS updates to be performed even without a CPU or memory installed.
ASRock B850 LiveMixer WiFi for Content Creators
“The new ASRock B850 LiveMixer WiFi motherboard offers a wide range of connectivity and expansion options, including 23 USB ports as well as dual PCI-Express x4 slots for peripherals such as capture cards,” said ASRock’s Latin American Sales Director, who added: “Designed to meet the needs of content creators and streamers, the B850 LiveMixer WiFi also supports Lightning Gaming ports to provide fast, low-latency connections, while Ultra USB Power delivers stable, noise-free power for USB audio and other external devices.”
ASRock has also officially partnered with the SignalRGB platform to improve compatibility with ASRock motherboards' RGB devices and control them from a single software package. "Regardless of brand, SignalRGB unifies RGB devices and allows for seamless customization, game-responsive effects, macro automation, and system monitoring.
